Sunday service

Here you'll find our most recent service uploaded to our YouTube Channel.

If you would like to join us, every week we'll premier the new service video on Sundays at 11AM on YouTube. See the video below to watch it live or replay it throughout the week. We hope you'll join us on our upcoming Sundays as we continue reading through the book of Mark together!

WELCOME to the revolution

This is a season that feels chaotic for many of us. We are all trying to discover our new "normal" and find rhythms that can help us make sense of each day. Throughout the week, our staff and others in our community will be sharing content through Facebook Live or hosting video calls where people can join in. Some of these times are geared around fun, others focus on the spiritual disciplines, and some on personal health. Regardless, they are all opportunities for us to stay connected as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Hebrews 10:24-25 says,

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."

You are all invited join in on these times with us and we hope these rhythms can help us all to come together to spur each other on in faith during this difficult season!

covid-19 Church update

Thanks for checking out the Revo's website! Please take some time to watch this video and read the letter on this page for info on how our church is moving forward and staying connected during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Dear Revolution Church Family,

We are living through a distinct moment in time in our nation’s history that we were not expecting. Above all else, we sense God’s call to pray for His name to be glorified and His people to be protected amid growing uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus.

With new developments and statements issued at the national and state level, as well as at Ball State University, we have made the difficult decision to not gather publicly for worship or any House Church until further notice. We encourage you to join us virtually as we seek God and experience His peace. We will still be sending content for you to engage with, but that will be coming out in different ways, please follow our website or Facebook page.

We value being together. We affirm there is something special about being in a room as a collective group in pursuit of God. Jesus’ followers have been gathering together to worship and be reminded of the beauty of the gospel for centuries. Even more, we believe the church is a family, and so we want to be with one another. Yet we must balance our love for being together with our strong desire to honor Jesus’ words to love our neighbor.

Jesus said the entirety of God’s Law could be summarized in two simple commands: to love God and to love our neighbor. We celebrate and cherish the reality that we can love and worship God wherever we are, including in our living rooms or dorm rooms. In order to love our neighbor in this unique cultural moment, we want to honor the counsel of health experts who have discouraged large public gatherings.

We want to invite you to take three concrete actions during this time:

  • Let us know of any needs that arise within our church or community. We want to be the hands and feet of Jesus during these uncertain times. If there is any way we can help, please reach out to Neil Kring or Carl Frost
  • Make the most of this season by slowing down, enjoying extended devotional and prayer times, and practicing Sabbath.
  • Stay connected to us online. Beyond giving updates on events, we want to support and encourage you from our online platforms in the days ahead.

We will continue to pray, seek counsel, and keep watch on the developments surrounding this situation. As we do, we will keep you updated and informed on our plans for future gatherings and church activities. We are as committed as ever to loving Jesus, our city, and our campus- even in the face of these challenges. We trust God to make Himself known to us in unique and powerful ways as we walk through the days ahead.
